Meet Carol Keith, PCC
I’m am delighted to partner with Carol Keith, PCC to expand my mentor coaching groups to offer my style of mentoring to more coaches. Carol and I graduated from the International Coach Academy (ICA) at the same time and have been supporting coaches ever since. Thanks to Facebook we have stayed in touch and as my groups are expanding, I thought of her immediately. Carol really understands the power of effective feedback, how to soften the delivery but not the message that gives coaches the information and insight they need to apply new learning to their coach approach.
Carol’s coaching practice, Puzzle2Purpose, LLC focuses on individuals, children, teens, families, groups and businesses in the areas of communication, interpersonal relationships, goals, work styles and discovering what makes you UNIQUE.
Her approach is warm, inviting, and effective and she brings to our mentor groups her experience training for 5 Languages of Appreciation at WorkTM, Coach Training EDU, and facilitator for Prepare/EnrichTM.
