MCC Mentor Coaching
For experienced Coaches pursuing their MCC Credential
IIACHIEVE YOUR MCC WITH CONFIDENCE
The credential of MCC (Master Certified Coach) is the highest ICF credential attainable and showcases you as an coaching expert, with over 5000 combined training and practice hours. It communicates to potential employers and clients that you operate at an elite level, and your coaching fees and services will reflect that.
However, it is an understandably rigorous process and that's where I can help. I understand the concerns and fears around committing to the credentialing process and I've coached hundreds of potential applicants through their ‘test’ anxiety. Together we will arm you with the skills, short cuts, and secrets to passing your coaching assessment and earning your credential.
MCC Group Mentoring Coaching
Group mentor coaching includes expert coaching feedback in a group setting. You will coach, and be coached, with feedback. These sessions run for 90 minutes and are small groups of approx. 10 coaches. This meets the ICF requirement for 12 CCEs OR 7 hours of Group Mentor Coaching. You can earn both with CCEs and the mentor coaching hours you would need to track for 12 plus 7 hours.
Groups are on-going and can be joined at any time.
- Wednesday 8amET
MCC MENTORING COACHING
Fulfills the ICF requirement of 7 hours of group coaching and 3 hours of individual mentoring sessions.
- 6 months MCC Mentor Coaching Groups (36 hours). Start Date September 17, 2026 at 8amET. Groups are on-going and can be joined at any time.
- 3 hours of reviewed coaching sessions (recorded) with verbal and written feedback and recommendations aligned with the ICF new Mentor Coach Specialization requirements.
- Identification and exploration of any limiting beliefs about your coaching
- Ongoing support, accountability, tips etc. from someone who has been there before (me!)
Tuition: $1,999 if paid upfront, or 4 monthly payments of $475 due monthly prior to program completion.
- The 10-hour / three-month / 3 individual + up to 7 group requirements has not changed. The major 2026–27 change is who is permitted to deliver those hours.
