I’m dedicated to fully supporting coaches to build their skills, develop mastery in the ICF competencies and be well-positioned to pass any credentialing exam with confidence.

As a certified coach for 20 years and 10 years, trainer and mentor of coaches at the global International Coach Academy, and MCC, I’ve learned the ins and outs of masterful coaching – coaching that is effective and powerful and has folks earning a great living as a result.

I now know the most important skill a mentor coach can have is the ability to deliver feedback in a straightforward way with respect and compassion. This means I soften my delivery not the message to truly support coaches in moving into mastery.

Feedback is neither positive nor negative. It is simply feedback. By stating what is or what is not from your perspective, is critical to helping the coach to move forward with their coaching skills

I follow a few simple rules for giving this effective feedback.

1. I am specific versus general.
2. I describe what I observe then evaluate it.
3. I value our relationship avoiding any self-serving behavior.

I offer my extraordinary gift of synthesizing multiple approaches to mentoring coaches,  including effective communication techniques and a deep understanding of the coaching competencies.

Together we work to reveal who you are as a coach in a creative and safe space (safe but not without discomfort) that will allow you to step into your greatest potential as a coach.
