The credential of MCC (Master Certified Coach) is the highest ICF credential attainable and showcases you as an coaching expert, with over 5000 combined training and practice hours. It communicates to potential employers and clients that you operate at an elite level, and your coaching fees and services will reflect that.
However, it is an understandably rigorous process and that's where I can help. I understand the concerns and fears around committing to the credentialing process and I've coached hundreds of potential applicants through their ‘test’ anxiety. Together we will arm you with the skills, short cuts, and secrets to passing your coaching assessment and earning your credential.
MCC Mentoring Coaching
In your MCC Mentor Coaching groups you will be guided, directed and coached. I'll share observations around how you can improve your coaching with a technique or tool and I'll then encourage you to make it your own. It's important you never fall into the trap of formulaic coaching.
If I sense there’s a limiting belief getting in the way of your coaching mastery, I will invite you to be coached around that. If I hear you say “I’ll never get this", or “I am not good enough” then we'll stop and explore that challenge and the learning process. You will be encouraged to hesitate, take risks, and be truly spontaneous in our coaching.
By addressing these beliefs and reframing such perspectives, we can more effectively integrate the learning required to be a credentialed coach. The result is what most coaches want: that seamless, flowing and powerful conversation that bring us our clients greatest potential.
Above all else, we are always working in partnership.
MCC MENTORING COACHING
For those seeking mentoring for their MCC credential. Fulfills the ICF requirement of 7 hours of group coaching and 3 hours of individual mentoring sessions.
- 6 months MCC Mentor Coaching Groups (36 hours)
- 3 reviewed coaching sessions (recorded) with verbal and written feedback and recommendations. A requirement for ACC and PCC ICF credential renewals.
- Identification and exploration of any limiting beliefs about your coaching
- Ongoing support, accountability, tips etc from someone who has been there before (me!)
- Plus 10 hrs Mentor Coaching (3 hours one on one, 7 hours group) for those who didn't complete this as part of their Certified Training
Tuition: $999 USD (for 3 reviewed coaching sessions and 6 months of group Mentor Coaching)
